Fix TermBox to work with new version of ULS

Description

Wikidata is working fine with version wmf/mw1.23-wmf11 of ULS. However, the way components of ULS get loaded changed recently and the term-box is not working with current master of ULS anymore.

Do you have more details which change is breaking it for you? Specifically if it is related to the disabling of ULS, which we are working on to restore, or something else.

Any JavaScript errors etc?

Seems the issue got fixed in ULS, it now works fine again.
