No, I can't, because I have already reviewed all of them.
This means that the string "You can review translations already reviewed by others" doesn't actually check whether you really can or cannot. This is ok in big multilingual sites like translatewiki.net or mediawiki.org, where it is very likely that you will always have strings to review, but in smallers sites it is easier that dedicated reviewers are actually up to date with pending work.
