Hi, these things are mandatory for running WMF's brand new PDF generator, can you install it on tools so we can test it on test wikis (like tools.wmflabs.org/wikitest-rtl/w )?

It's not clear that this is generally "system" installable; wouldn't it be easier in general to install it in the tool itself?

npm modules should be installed locally (with npm install), not globally.
