Liangent, the bug you referenced in the first post actually did get picked up by Bingle. Some of this comes down to configuration in use - the mobile team's configuraiton searches for all bugs that have been modified in any way since the last time Bingle ran. There have been a handful of issues identified with Bingle over the last few months that were causing Bingle to stall or otherwise not run, and its possible that the but you referenced took a while to get imported to Mingle as a result of this. And currently, post BZ-upgrade, we are having to run Bingle manually pending resolution of bug 61334, so you may not see Mingle cards created for bugs as quickly as expected.
