VisualEditor: Gallery inspector/Link inspector opens with an animation from left to right for a specific case

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Select a reference note or a text and open the gallery inspector or a Link inspector
3.Close the inspector and go to the next line
4.Again go to Insert>Gallery or Open the link inspector

Observed Result:
The inspector opens up with an animation from left to right

This also happens when working with a list of links.

  1. Have a page with a list containing a list item with a link.
  2. Put cursor at end of list item (thus triggering the context menu).
  3. Press return (creating a new list item)
  4. Insert link.

The link inspector animates in an odd way from the left of the screen.
