reopen if this still happens in newer version

Not fixed completly. I tried to send 109.158.185.136 a welcom message it asked me "the question", since the talk page was empty. I pressed yes, but it did not send anything.

hmm I see it's completely broken now :P

The "Huggle can't retrieve the talk page, are you sure that you want to welcome this user?" I pressed yes. Still, nothing happened.
