Unable to save collection after changing its content (the save button is disabled)

Description

  1. Load some collection (e.g. go to this URL, or go to one of the existing collections and click on "Open in Collection Creator")
  2. Notice the "Save book" button (on English Wikibooks, "Save collection") is disabled
  3. Type anything in the "Title" field or in the "Subtitle field", or change the option in the "Paper size" selection box, or "Sort alphabetically", or "Clear collection" + "Create a chapter".

Expected result

  1. The "Save book" button should now be enabled

Actual result

  1. The "Save collection" button is still disabled

Button gets enabled when changing the default storage location (e.g. from "LaTeX Wikibook" to "LaTeXWikibook").

Hi Everyone!
I could not find "Collection" link in Special Pages but there is "Book" link.
Does Collection has been replaced by Book? or they are different?
When I click on the above mentioned url it redirects to Collection page but could not find it manually.
