Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Add a numbered list/bullet list
3.Add an empty gallery as an item in the list.
4.Now place the cursor in the last bullet/numbered point
5.Press Enter twice

Observed Result:

It keeps on adding new bullets or numbered points in the list even after hitting return twice.

I can't reproduce this now – presumably now fixed by not allowing empty galleries.
