Since https://static-codereview.wikimedia.org/MediaWiki/81960.html the list of aliases for magic words in the language files no longer has to store the english synonym (or all aliases from fallback), so that should be removed to make the file easier to read.

To make the diff easier first a full export of the current aliases from translatewiki should be done and merged, than the export scripts can be adjust and a new export can be done and merged.
