Suggested by Ryan Lane on irc:

[11:53]  <Ryan_Lane>	 it should also put some info into /var/log/salt/minion.log
[11:53]  <Ryan_Lane>	 we should really have the salt logs go into logstash
[11:54]  <Ryan_Lane>	 then we could just look at logstash

Need to verify that the contents of the salt minion logs are safe to show to all wmf LDAP group members.

This will probably require figuring out a logshipper to use too unless these logs are readily available via (r)syslog.
