MW:

• (detached from 1.22.2) REL1_19 REL1_21 REL1_22 master

MobileFrontend:

• master

So a mismatch. You should either use 1.22 or 1.23 for BOTH MW and MobileFrontend.

This is for a reason, to prevent people from encountering problems when trying to use MobileFrontend with a MediaWiki version it's not compatible with. Trust me, master MF is awkward with MW 1.22.
