BetaFeatures: Clicking "Automatically enable ..." should also activate all existing available BetaFeatures

Description

If I click "Automatically enable all new beta features", I expect all the currently existing/available BetaFeatures to be turned on, too.

This is very debatable from the product point of view. It's not what it says. We can instead add a "Select all".
