Flow suppression log entries going to recentchanges
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

In my watchlist I see:

(topic | history) . . Wikipedia talk:Flow/Developer test page; 05:40 . . Username suppressed suppressed a comment (testing suppression).

I'm not an oversighter, so I should be able to see that in the first place.

More importantly, suppression log entries should not be hitting the recentchanges table at all.

Unsure if/how bug 57855 is related.

Fixed, will go out with 1.23wmf13, I'll leave it up to someone else to decide whether this needs backporting. Bug 60855 has been filed as a follow-up code quality issue.
