Board header edits show up like this in contributions currently:

14:38, 3 February 2014 . . (+12,920)‎ . . Quiddity (WMF) (talk | contribs | block) created the board header.

There is no link of any kind, making it impossible to identify the nature or location of the edit.

This will be fixed in next sprint's history/watchlist/rc/contribs refactor (which will bring all those power user feeds closer in line with how power users expect to see them).
