Intention:
Review a translation on Commons

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Commons
2. Go to a translatable page with translations needing reviewing (e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=page-Commons%3ALivrustkammaren+och+Skoklosters+slott+med+Stiftelsen+Hallwylska+museet&action=proofread&filter=translated|!reviewer|!last-translator%3A2549137&language=sv )
3. Mark a previously unreviewed translation as reviewed (for the above link you can do this for any of the messages even if you don't speak Swedish)
4. Reload the page

Actual Results:
Step 3: The reviewed percentage bar is increased and the translated bar is decresed.
Step 4: Translated bar is reset to pre step 3 level.

Expected Results:
Step 3. The reviewed percentage bar is increased and the translated bar remains the same.

Reproducible: Always

This is similar to bug #60949 but I could not reproduce this on translatewiki.net.
