MeetBot doesn't respect "Please note: Channel is logged and publicly posted (DO NOT REMOVE THIS NOTE)."
Open, MediumPublic

Description

On #startmeeting, #topic & Co., MeetBot sets a new channel topic. While it is highly unlikely that someone will assume that the channel during an office hour isn't logged and even more unlikely that someone who does assume that looks at the channel topic for guidance, it would probably be easy to patch MeetBot to have the channel topic be a template à la "%s | Please note: Channel is logged and publicly posted (DO NOT REMOVE THIS NOTE).".

It needs to be fixed upstream in the meetbot project. There is no reasonable way to configure how meetbot manipulates the channel topic.
