Description

Appears towards the end of the page

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Select a text in such way that it selects the whole line
3.Now open the link inspector

Observed Result:

Sometimes the link inspector appears in a broken way and sometimes it appears little below the text towards the end of the page

I think that we fixed this recently, though I can't pin it down.

The broken UI issue seems like got fixed, but if a gallery follows a line and I select the whole line and try to open the link inspector , it still opens at the end of the page after the gallery.
