We're about to release Extension:GettingStarted on additional languages of Wikipedia (see bug 59764).

In the latest version of GettingStarted, the basic configuration is potentially generic enough to work on all wikis where the focus is on editing of pages or sections of pages. We're not in a rush, but should consider whether communities like Wikivoyage, Wikidata, and others may find it useful.
