Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Add a special character
3.Add a hiero on the next line
4.Save the page
5.Reopen the page, add a gallery just after the special character but before hiero
6.Save the page
7.Reopen the page

Observed Result:
Double arrow appears just after gallery but before hiero
