Intention:
Enable Extension:GuidedTours on se.wikimedia.org (the Swedisch chapter wiki). Since it is a chapter wiki, no community consensus is needed, see https://se.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia:Mediawiki_Extension_Policy

This is not a dependency, since they're only requesting GettingStarted, not GuidedTour. However, we should be able to do it.

We are requesting GuidedTour, not GettingStarted, I guess that was a mixup. :)

Right, I misspoke. But it's true it should not be a dependency.
