integration Flow browser tests with Gerrit/Zuul

Description

I have generated the Jenkins job for the Flow browser tests but they fail because there is no ciwmf cucumber profile defined. It has been defined on some repository to exclude tests tagged @phantomjs-bug or @needs-custom-setup

Complains with:

cucumber.yml was not found. Current directory is /mnt/jenkins-workspace/workspace/mwext-browsertests-Flow-phantomjs/extensions/Flow/tests/browser. Please refer to cucumber's documentation on defining profiles in cucumber.yml. You must define a 'default' profile to use the cucumber command without any arguments.
