Description

To reproduce: hit '[reply]' on a comment. Expected behavior: the 'Additional comments' text input is populated with the quoted text of the comment. Actual behavior: Nada :)

Resolved by clearing cache.

Having bug 42695 and bug 42763 in mind after the 4.2 upgrade, this seems to be rather popular. :)
