Description

This is related to bug 38129.

The alt text box in the media dialog is only about two-thirds the width of the screen, with no possibility of wrapping/scrolling down. Maybe eight words fit in it (two-thirds of the example given in the lead of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:ALT).

It should be at least the normal width of the dialog.
