Hi grant,
is there a link / URL / testcase to where this problem can be seen?

Hi: It took me a bit to remember how to give page specific access. This page is now accessible:
http://wiki.kayakidaho.com/index.php?title=Payette,_Middle_Fork,_Silver_Creek

the map works fine on the desktop with firefox 27.1 and g. chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 m

If I spoof it in chrome with the user agent switcher, the maps fails to load as well.
in chrome default, if I click the link to the mobile version (the link is https and gives an error)
I remove the s and load the mobile template in the desktop, the map renders.

Product Version
MediaWiki 1.22.2
PHP 5.3.19 (cgi-fcgi)
MySQL 5.5.35-cll
Semantic MediaWiki (Version 1.9.0.2)
Maps (Version 3.0)
MobileFrontend no version number. I just updated it last week.

android:
galaxy s3
android v. 4.3

hope I made myself clear.

Might be cause by some non-Maps JS breaking on mobile, and messing up JS execution...
