This is because it is using the pre-TUX popup editor. I would make this subordinate for TUXification of Special:Translations.

Bug 37019 is marked lowest/enhancement.

I am expecting this issue will only go away when bug 37019 is fixed.

The links now go to the TUX editor, so this no longer happens.
