I've set default nobody as default assignee and default CC'ed Hoo & Steinsplitter for the time being. Happy to readjust.
Keeping ticket open and marking as blocking bug 58821 because Steinsplitter said that tickets should get imported from JIRA.
For some reason, the bot is not assigning/CCing properly. I'll investigate that later today.
Siebrand's mail address on Bugzilla had changed, and the raised errors were silently ignored. I've fixed that, re-run the cc-and-assignee-setter and imported the rest of the items.
