I am using quiz combined with audiofile. Whatever possition I tried to set and audio, audio was not playable after click on the button "Promíchat otázky" (en: Mix questions probably). Missing replies on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Quiz make me wonder if this extension is unmaintained.
