Parameter box is too small
How to reproduce:
- go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Titus?veaction=edit
- click the "multiple issues" template on the top of the page and click "transclusion"
there is in the "issues" box:

{{lead too short|date=July 2013}}
and I only can see a blank row and little bit of the first line of text. Boxes should be resizable/moveable.
