Description

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Page settings to set a redirect.

Skip the tick box; just click in the field and type in your page name.

Apply changes.

Change your mind. Go back to Page settings. Untick the checkbox.

Apply changes.

Figure out the perfect target. Go back to Page settings.

Skip the tick box, just like you dud in Step 2; just click in the field. Why won't it let me type there now?

Why won't it let me type there now?

Because it shouldn't have let you type there initially (bug 61864), but there was a line missing from the logic.
