unable to edit on rtl wikis

Description

when clicking the pencile to go to edit mode in en one can navigate anywhere on the page, on rtl wikis the cursor is locked at end of lines only.

I can confirm this problem on Android 4.0.4 (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1) but not on Android 4.4.2 (2012 Nexus 7)... this may just be something where it's broken on old versions of Android and we have no way to fix it. :(

My device is no longer on android 4.0.x so can't confirm, seems ok on 4.4
