An example is

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/99/Highly-Sensitive-Quantitative-Imaging-for-Monitoring-Single-Cancer-Cell-Growth-Kinetics-and-Drug-pone.0089000.s004.ogv
or - after download - in VLC.
The error seems to affect a few other files on Mediawiki sites, as per
https://encrypted.google.com/search?q=%22%28Invalid+Ogg+file%3A+Stream+Undecodable%29%22&btnG=Search&oe=utf-8 .
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Gmw.ogg
suggests that the issue may be related to width mismatches.
Note: There can be MANY causes for this error, the error is only a symptom. But the overall meaning is that parsing the file encountered one or more tracks that it is not expecting or cannot read. This can happen to video and/or audio files.
- One common cause of this is because the file is broken, partial or in some other way not entirely compliant. It might be possible to remix the file with ffmpeg and reupload it to fix this, but sometimes its can be unsalvageable.
- Another common cause seems to be coverart in a secondary track. Coverart is not handled currently (Does anyone have the technical specification of ogg coverart ?) and throws this error.
