WikiCounts.pl reported that for Kanuri Wikibooks namespace info was missing and advised to run collect_countable_namespaces.sh to fix this.

This did not fix it (that bash file is scheduled daily anyway).

krwikibooks is not in dblist file (and shouldn't be: Kanuri Wikibooks is in Incubator). BTW querying kr.wikibooks.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=namespaces does not return any API output, but redirects to Incubator, makes sense.

So what was needed is to ignore very old and obsolete files like ../csv/csv_wb/ EditsBreakdownPerUserPerMonthKR.csv which existed from long ago when kr.wikibooks.org was already an active project

Job now checks for deprecated editor stats data file (> 60 days) and ignores these. And gives more helpful advice how to fix issue manually if needed.
