Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Make it frameless
4.Keep on resizing down the image going beyond 1x1 px.
5.Click anywhere on the page

Observed Result:

The image becomes a dot size . and user can no more select or find Media Settings icon for it.
