Media Viewer should display the image caption

Description

Media Viewer could be enhanced if it could display the caption (if provided) from the local page being viewed. Captions from a local use often are to provide a specific example being referenced in the text rather than the file description.

Nevermind, that's a different issue (the same image appears twice on the page, and MediaViewer always opens the first instance).
