I'm not sure if we should always url decode the input or just do it if there aren't any matches without the decode. Same for underscore, though I imagine it'd be pretty safe for underscore to count as a word delimiter all the time.

Example:
Search for <<Burger%27s_Daughter>> will find nothing but search for <<Burger's Daughter>> works well.
