In this edit I added a label for an item: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q801683&diff=113012551&oldid=110617044

When I look at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1141612 I see "Q801683" instead of the label. This is quite annoying! Maybe a bit too aggressive caching?

We changed quite a few things wrt caching. This should be fine now.
