Can we get something on gdash for logging of numbers of OOM, php exceptions and other apache errors?

The graphite output codec needs to be tested for this but it should be reasonably easy to implement once we narrow down what we actually want to count. One metric that we should be able to easily compute is the log event per type per unit time.
