• bzimport set Reference to bz62249.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

In theory could be uploaded by anybody using UploadWizard and chunked uploading, if I get https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Server-side_upload correctly.

In practice, the servers generally time out after 150 (or so) MiB, so it's rather impossible for Cristian or A.furieri to upload the file.

With that said, @Cristian, we still need file descriptions prepared in .txt format, not just the files themselves.

[Removing 'shell' keyword since the bug is not yet ready for shell for that reason.]
