To log in, I have to use my full name instead of the username; that's a bit confusing, as the dialog is asking for the Username.
It would also be great to find a link to reset the password. After searching, I found https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PasswordReset which is possibly the right way; but again - the username can not be found; I have not tried with the full-name.

Are you by chance trying to log in to gerrit using your “Instance
shell account name”?
Note that Gerrit's “Username” is the same as Wikitech's “Username”
(and not Wikitech's “Instance shell account name”).
It seems there is a username registered that matches your full
name. Did you by chance use your full name as user name?
I'm inclined to decline this. While it has been a confusion point for a few people over the years, it's not nearly as big a problem as we thought it would be. I think changing it would actually confuse *more* people who have been using it this way for years now, plus maybe some bots might be broken.
