I've already created the new instances for the dumps project at eqiad, they only need data to be migrated (I can't even get a prompt on the pmtpa instances now, dunno why).
The data to migrate is the full /home and /data/project as well as some small things on /mnt especially for dumps-incr (it's also fine if you just put everyting in a tar file on eqiad's /data/project ).

I've rsynced /home and /data/project. Since /mnt is local to individual instances I'll leave that part to you (there are a bunch of instances and of course I don't know what files you need moved.) You should be able to scp between instances if you forward a key.
