I hereby request a mailing list for Wikimedia Costa Rica, which will be used for the internal communication for chapter business.

We hat our first meetup on March 3. It was decided at the meetup that a mailing list is needed to faciliate discussions within Wikimedia Costa Rica. We also discussed this at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Wikimedia_Costa_Rica/es#Lista_de_correo

I will be the only admin for now. Members will join within a month, and then we will be able to appoint some people to various tasks, including this position.
