Description

What it says on the tin; this way, rollbackers will be able to 'hide edits (typically, vandalism) from the Recent Changes page'.

After helping user Vulpix from IRC channel MediaWiki-General who told me administrators have right 'markbotedits'. This was mainly to solve problems with flood flag.

It allows users to hide changes from Special:RecentChanges, that can be considered somewhat controversial.
