Course coordinator rights allow a user to add users to both the "instructor" and "campus volunteer" role for a course. However, they do no allow adding users to the "online volunteer" role. An "Add an Online volunteer" link should be added to the summary table, just like the existing links for adding instructors and campus volunteers.
