IIRC these pieces of text are from CLDR.

Consider CLDR Survey Tool http://cldr.unicode.org/index/survey-tool .

I assume this is "ce" though you didn't mention. Still unfortunately no idea what exactly is "this error". Also see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug for providing enough information.

As I said above, those timestamps are from [[CLDR]]. See the Wikipedia article for more information.

Umar: Please define the actual problem so others can understand. "do not work" is not a problem definition, and I don't understand what "Need to remove it PLURAL" is meant to mean. Please read https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug and for future reference I recommend to ask the guided bug entry form: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided

Sorry. I say that this message in a Chechen wikipedia still in Russian.

Maybe the problem PLURAL

Look there is no plural
https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki:Centralauth-seconds-ago/kk-cyrl&action=edit

for Chechen Wikipedia must also do the same as the Kazakh Wikipedia

$1 {{PLURAL:$1|секунд}} хьалха → $1 секунд хьалха

Maybe then we will get them in the Chechen language?

I hope that is clear explained. Thanks for your patience.

That message has nothing to do with echo notifications afaik

That message has nothing to do with echo notifications. Those are only used by central auth.

As has been said above, we (Wikimedia projects which use the CLDR extension) are using translations provided by the CLDR project. In order to translate the timestamp in MediaWiki, you have to translate it at the CLDR project. Once the CLDR project has the translation, then eventually we will start using it.

Please read http://cldr.unicode.org/translation and http://cldr.unicode.org/index/survey-tool

(Non wikimedia projects use 'hours-ago', et al)

(In reply to Umar from comment #10)

Thanks for the answer. And where I can translate them?

http://i57.fastpic.ru/big/2013/1117/8d/f0f4409164bfb947c0529fcc17e6c78d.png

As far as I can tell, ce is not a language in CLDR yet. Follow the instructions at http://cldr.unicode.org/index/bug-reports#New_Locales for "Adding New Locales"

Question to i18n devs: Maybe in cases like this, where cldr doesn't have the language, instead of falling back in the language chain (e.g. From Chechen to Russian), we should instead fallback to built in human timestamp support (Using the seconds-ago, minutes-ago, etc messages via Language::getHumanTimestamp instead of CLDR)

This problem is not solved, I do not know where to translate these words

Well its been explained in comment 1, comment 5, and comment 9. Asking again isn't going to change the answer

Thank you. But, unfortunately, I do not know how to do this, please who can correct this error

Umar: Have you filed a ticket under cldr.unicode.org for the locale? See comment 11. Please provide the full link to your request there.
There is nothing to do in MediaWiki currently, hence new comments here just create mail for everybody.

Sorry. I'm waiting for the file to translate it.Who can give it to me?

Hi as I have time, I would like to translate the file please give it to me.

Hi as I have time, I would like to translate the file please give it to me.

An hour ago I finally received a notification that the bug is being taken care of by CLDR people, so I hope that we'll have this file soon. Thank you for your patience.

I'm sorry but I'm waiting for a very long time, I know that nobody will pay but you took this job you please let me finish this work.

Sorry if I'm disturbing you.

Regards Administrator Chechen Wikipedia.

Umar: http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/7688 needs to get fixed first.
That's outside of the control of Wikimedia.

I'm waiting for the file to be translated!

Can I make a transfer file in Chechen language?

Upstream ticket closed on 23rd February... Do we have what we need for the MediaWiki side to be worked on? Or what else is left to do?

Words an hour ago, and so on we have another Russian.

Nemo_bis changed the task status from Open to Stalled.Apr 19 2015, 11:07 PM

I don't see date formats included in http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/7688 , so they can't be included in CLDR 27.

Umar, you'll have to add submit them in the http://cldr.unicode.org/index/survey-tool during CLDR 28 and we'll import them in MediaWiki when it's released, in September 2015.

Then I need help Amire80.
I do not know how to do it.

I do not know how to do it.

You will receive instructions when it's time, I'll help you.

I will wait! Thanks!

Have you received the email from unicode.org? You should be able to enter translations in http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/ce// now. In particular it should be this page: http://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/ce/Fields/

And yet I would like to see the Russian version for comparison

Please tell me where I can sign up?

I've got it. But I do not have an account where I create it?

You should have received the password on your inbox.ru email address months ago. I sent you another password now and will separately email you as well.

All I found a password thanks. He was in the spam folder

I think I have translated what you need. If something else tell

I did a lot of translation there. Can I transfer the remaining quietly?

If something needs to be translated urgently write me

If you know, please tell me when these words Statute of the Chechen language?

Please tell me what happened? http://pastenow.ru/Upload/Paste/JXRE.png

Again in Russian

In other Wikipedia also has a problem

Aklapper subscribed.

Since T267095 we are at least on CLDR 38, and https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blob/main/common/main/ce.xml includes lines like

				<relativeTime type="past">
					<relativeTimePattern count="one">{0} де хьалха</relativeTimePattern>
					<relativeTimePattern count="other">{0} де хьалха</relativeTimePattern>
				</relativeTime>

for <field type="day"> and

				<relativeTime type="past">
					<relativeTimePattern count="one">{0} д. хьалха</relativeTimePattern>
					<relativeTimePattern count="other">{0} де хьалха</relativeTimePattern>
				</relativeTime>

for <field type="day-short">.

Same for respectively week, month, year.

Assuming this is resolved.
