Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a template
3.Click on Add Parameter
4.But do not add any parameter just click on "Apply Changes"
5.Reopen the template

Observed Result:
An undefined parameter appears inside the template dialog box

This is causing wikitext corruption on the wikis, upping severity.

It's technically not corrupting wikitext, just inserting oddness, but yes.
