Javascript exception thrown after an edit on stable

Description

It doesn't seem to break any functionality but the label of the language button is invalid.

It looks like we didn't cleanup some code when we pushed MobileLanguages to stable.

A JS exception is thrown after a save in stable only.
Uncaught Error: Template not found: languageSection

This is on the deployment train and has made it out to wikis.
