Add a new section, wikitext for the header is exposed
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

A couple of users at fr.wp (and me) report that it seems impossible to add a section below the existing Notes and References one in https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yulia_Lipnitskaya without having the header show up == like this == after you save.

What I see below the existing references section are two slugs and then the big blue area caused by one of the templates at the bottom of the page.

For some reasons, we don't seem to be able to duplicate this in sandboxes, where new sections get created just fine.

Even a much simpler test case fails:

<link rel="mw:PageProp/Category" href="./Category:Foo" data-parsoid=''/><h1>foo</h1>

A fix is coming shortly.
