I am migrating some projects that are currently on toolserver and use libGeoIP, like http://wikiwatchdog.com/

I think that it could be useful also for other projects that need to use GeoIP for instance on anonymous edits on wikipedia.

I will use the python wrapper for my project, so if you can install it as well it would be great, otherwise I can install it locally.
