Okay to make this clearer..
To replicate:

  1. Go to a non-existent page.
  2. Click edit button at top of page
  3. Enter the following text:

ABC

Foo

DEF

  1. Click continue

Actual:
I can see the text ABC and DEF but the heading "Foo" is missing in the preview.
