action=parse should allow hiding editsection links

Description

'action=parse' should allow hiding 'editsection' links, especially when the wiki is configured to require login to edit pages.

I thought that the 'preview' option could do this, but this is not the case:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/api.php?action=parse&page=ArchWiki:Sandbox&preview

Sorry if I misunderstood the purpose of the 'parse' module or its 'preview' option...

Merged. Should be deployed to WMF wikis with 1.24wmf11, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.24/Roadmap for the schedule.
